As a Family Law attorney, I recognize the legal system can profoundly redefine lives and families. The fundamentals of your life-relationship with your children, and your financial livelihood and security, are impacted by your representation and experience in this process. I am a Certified Specialist in Family Law with over two decades of experience helping a wide range of people through this difficult process, by settlement or by trial. I effectively negotiate fair and reasonable settlements and when necessary, I strongly argue for my clients at trial.
I practice in all areas of Family Law including dissolution of marriage actions, legal separations, parentage actions and guardianships. I represent litigants but also am retained as a mediator, consultant or collaborative law divorce lawyer. I also negotiate and draft prenuptial, cohabitation and postnuptial agreements.
