Michael Ocampo is a distinguished partner at our firm, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record in family law. Before joining Nelson Comis Kettle & Kinney, LLP, Michael served as a dedicated litigation attorney for the Ventura County Department of Child Support Services, where he honed his skills in the courtroom and developed a deep understanding of the legal system. His commitment to justice and his clients led him to graduate as Valedictorian in his law school class while working full-time.
After several years of public service, Michael made a bold move and founded his own law firm, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to providing exceptional legal services to his clients. Shortly after establishing his own practice, he joined Nelson Comis Kettle & Kinney LLP as a partner, where he continues to excel in handling complex family law cases with compassion and expertise and is honored to uphold the firm’s traditions and values established over 30 years ago.
